WhatsApp AI agent
It answers people who write to you with the information you approve, asks what it needs to, and hands your team who they are, what they want and what comes next. Build from MXN 15,000 + VAT.
What it does
- Answers with information you approve: offer, policies, hours and limits.
- Asks what it needs to know who is writing and what they are after, without interrogating.
- Spots who is just exploring and who wants to move forward.
- Hands your team a clear summary with the next step.
What it does not do
- It does not replace your team: it passes the conversation to a person when needed.
- It does not make things up: if something is not in what you approved, it does not answer as if it knew.
- It does not promise full automation or sales results.
How it is built
- Discovery: real message cases, frequent questions, limits and when to escalate.
- Build: the conversation, your business knowledge and connection to the tools you use.
- Testing: normal cases, exceptions and handoff to a person before it opens to customers.

Who it makes sense for
Businesses that get prospects, bookings or questions by message and today depend on someone replying in time. I work with Puerto Vallarta and the bay and Guadalajara and Zapopan. All services and prices are on one page.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a WhatsApp AI agent cost?
As an initial estimate, from MXN 15,000 + VAT for the build. Scope and final price are quoted in writing after a 20-minute call. Third-party services the project uses, such as WhatsApp or the AI model, are explained in the quote.
What happens when the agent does not know the answer?
It is set up not to make things up: if a question is not backed by the approved information, the conversation goes to a person on your team with the context of what was said.
Who builds it?
Saúl López, with IA a Domicilio, from Puerto Vallarta and Guadalajara. The first call is by video.
