Practical AI session: what you learn and who it is for
What to expect from a session applied to your work, when one session is enough and when an implementation fits better.
| Practical session | Implementation |
|---|---|
| Learn and test with your work | Build a repeatable flow for the business |
| Individual or small-team use | Users, permissions and integrations |
| Manual review of results | Testing and ongoing operation |

The session starts before the video call
A short questionnaire identifies your role, tools, repetitive tasks and concerns. With that, examples are chosen. The session does not walk through a generic list of apps: it works on emails, documents, analysis or decisions the person recognises, using synthetic data or authorised material.
It also agrees what not to use. Personal data, credentials, contract information or client files may need different handling. Learning to exclude information is part of professional use of AI, not a legal note at the end.
Which skills should remain
The person learns to define an outcome, give enough context, separate facts from instructions and ask for reviewable formats. They practise questioning an answer, looking for evidence and recognising uncertainty. The goal is not to memorise prompts but to build a cycle: prepare, ask, review, correct and decide.
The model’s limits and basic privacy are also reviewed, along with when a task needs another tool or an implementation. A good session lowers both fear and overconfidence. AI becomes a work instrument with criteria, not an oracle or a toy.
- Define a task and a quality criterion
- Prepare context without overexposing
- Ask for a structured output
- Verify facts and sources
- Save a reusable method
Individual, company or implementation
The individual session suits someone who wants to apply AI to their own work. The company session lets two to four people review a shared process and leave with common rules. If the result must appear automatically, connect to systems or serve customers without someone copying instructions, that is already implementation.
Not every session should end in a project. Sometimes the best result is discovering that an existing tool is enough or that the process needs order before automating. Company sessions can be credited under the published conditions when an eligible implementation follows.
How to get the most out of it
Bring two or three real tasks and an example of a good result. Avoid third-party data you cannot share. During the session, note the decisions, not just the final prompt: which context mattered, which error appeared and which review was needed. That logic transfers to other tools.
Afterwards, repeat the exercise with new work and note where it fails. If use becomes frequent, several people repeat the same pattern or there is constant copying between systems, you will have evidence to define an implementation with a concrete scope.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need prior experience?
No. The session starts from your work and adapts to your current level.
Does it include an account or subscription?
No. Available tools are reviewed and any cost is confirmed separately.
Is it recorded?
Only if agreed beforehand. Recording is not assumed and participant data is not used for other purposes.
